Job description

Through an understanding of our clients' businesses, we turn today's talent into tomorrow's success.Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting for General Labourers / Assembly Workers for a full-time, 6–7 week project in Woodstock, NB. This position will involve assembling residential waste and recycling carts, preparing information packages, and applying decals. Once the assembly portion of the project is complete, successful candidates will also assist with delivering the carts to local residents.With approximately 10,000 units to assemble, this is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are physically capable, and can maintain a consistent pace in a team environment.Key Responsibilities

Assemble residential carts by attaching lids, handles, rods, and wheels.
Apply decals and labels to completed carts according to specifications.
Prepare information packages to accompany the carts.
Inspect assembled carts to ensure components are properly secured and ready for delivery.
Assist with organizing and preparing completed carts for distribution.
Help load and unload carts and materials as required.
Once assembly is completed, assist with delivering carts to local residents.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in general labour, assembly, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment is considered an asset.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
Comfortable working on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work outdoors when assisting with deliveries.
CSA-approved steel-toed boots are required.
Reflective safety vest is required.
Heavy-duty work gloves are recommended.

What We Offer

$17.00/hour plus 4% vacation pay
Full-time opportunity
Approximately 6–7 week project
Monday to Friday schedule: 6:30am - 5:00pm
Weekly payroll through direct deposit
