Château Richer dans la région de Québec.

Responsabilités :

Prise en charge des rencontres avec les clients en personne ou de façon virtuelle
Gérer les demandes d'informations sur les différentes plateformes du projet et par téléphone
Effectuer les suivis nécessaires avec les leads et avec les clients
Prendre en charge le volet administratif de la location, soit : remplir tous les documents de location requis,

obtention des documents d’approbation bancaire et des dépôts dans les délais prévus.

Collaborer avec les tous les intervenants du Projet selon les besoins (professionnels, spécialistes, fournisseurs, etc.)

pour le lancement du projet.

Préparer et présenter des rapports de performance des locations de manière hebdomadaire et tout autre rapport

exigé par Promoteur du Projet sur sa demande. Le tout avec l’aide du CRM de l’Agence.

Profil de compétences :

Expérience dans le domaine de l'immobilier

Maîtriser la suite Office et le stockage infonuagique

Sens aigu du service à la clientèle

Bon sens de l'organisation

Conditions :

Salaire à commission entre 80 000$ et 100 000$

Temps plein 5 jours / semaine, horaire de travail inclus les week-ends

Disponibilité : DÈS MAINTENANT!
