This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring / Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist journeyman tradesman by performing duties related to carpentry, drywall, plumbing or electrical work
• Perform minor repairs on buildings and grounds
• Assisting with groundwork in relation to tree operations
• Operate power tools and equipment
• Drive service truck to transport material and supplies
• Load and unload material and supplies
• Plant new flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes and assist with landscaping upkeep
• Demonstrate effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to deliver projects
• Provide feedback to the Operations Manager regarding mechanical, equipment, or manpower problems
• Upkeep and cleaning of work zone to ensure all areas meet expectations for cleanliness
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with H&S and our Always Honest Policy
• Other duties as required

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong physical stamina and conditioning. Physical demands of the position include : working outdoors in all weather conditions, repetitive actions and speaking, sitting / standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending / twisting, and ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

The starting wage for this role is $24.00 / hour
