Who you are :

While the Brand Ambassador may be responsible for driving the success of a specific category for the brand, they are responsible for contributing to the overall success of the concession. They demonstrate the brand philosophy, professionalism, attention to detail, and technical capability. The Brand Lead supports the Brand Manager in achieving the location’s KPI’s and other targets while achieving a perfect symphony of client experience and store operations. The Brand Lead dynamic and a natural leader. They inspire their co-workers to achieve more through their energy and passion. This is a position supports the Brand Manager in many responsibilities including ensuring the profitability, customer development and success, talent attraction and retention, inventory ownership in accordance with the standards and policy and procedures of both Brunello Cucinelli and the larger Department Store.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead by example by providing industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
  • Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve (and exceed) individual sales goals while driving repeat business by utilizing clientele books and continuously looking for opportunities to convert one-time shoppers to long-term clients.
  • Satisfactorily resolve customer service issues by using best-in-class customer service, ensure detailed responses to customer problems and complaints, involving floor and department managers if required.
  • Own results and KPI’s for Category(s) of Responsibility within concession business
  • Provide Feedback to Brand Manager on Category, Market Trends, successes and opportunities within your business
  • In partnership with Brand Manager, provide feedback to Brand Ambassadors on client interactions to ensure that each ambassador provides a tailored, personal, and memorable experience aimed at growing client retention.
  • With awareness of Brand Manager support of BC product through store with Personal Shoppers and Department Store sales staff; facilitate sales with all partners outside of the BC shop, including Personal Shoppers, key designer sales associates, brand ambassadors and sales associates.
  • Utilize all available support material and maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity for Brunello Cucinelli and Department Store.
  • Partner with Brand Manager on product needs and important Category developments
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising in store is maintained to company and Department Store standards throughout the day, partner with Visual Merchandising team to refresh store based on sell through and availability.
  • Follow policy and procedure, safety guidelines, and meet operational objectives as dictated by Department store and Brunello Cucinelli.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience in equivalent role in Luxury Environment including Department Store Experience.
  • Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through store team.
  • Ability network and cultivate clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours continuously and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
  • Able to work a varied schedule each week including nights and weekends.
