ASICC-MED ( A gence de S oins I nfirmiers C hantal- C ôté) est une entreprise réputée qui, depuis 1992 offre plusieurs solutions et programmes santé. Notre but ultime est d'aider notre personnel infirmier à atteindre leurs objectifs professionnels tout en profitant d'une vie saine et équilibrée.

Depuis 2008, ASICC-MED s'est engagée que tous ses employés doivent agréer à faire les formations et orientations exigées p ar ses clients et adhérer à leurs programmes d’intégration.

Voir au confort, à l'hygiène et au bien-être des bénéficiaires, les aider à se vêtir, répondre à leurs appels, leur servir les repas et les nourrir, les accompagner lors des sorties Le rôle des préposés aux bénéficiaires est de fournir des soins de base et de veiller au confort des personnes malades ou en perte d’autonomie. Elles / Ils donnent des soins dans les différents milieux institutionnels et privés en collaboration avec les infirmières et les médecins, ou encore ils fournissent du soutien directement à domicile.

Exercer une surveillance,
Assurer l’hygiène et le bien-être des bénéficiaires,
Voir au confort et aux besoins généraux des bénéficiaires et les aider dans leurs déplacements,
Donner des soins de base, hydrater et faire l'installation de certains appareils, selon le besoin et la demande,
Relation d’aide / écoute / intervention,
Organiser l’environnement pour que ce soit sécuritaire et facile pour le bénéficiaire,
Exécuter des travaux d’entretien / préparation alimentaire / courses / accompagnement,
Etc.

Niveau d'études : DEP Assistance à la personne en établissements de santé. Terminé

Années d'expérience reliées à l'emploi : Minimum 6 mois d'expérience.

Description des compétences :

Sens de l'initiative, honnêteté, polyvalence, autonomie, être à l'écoute, sens des responsabilités et bon jugement, capacité à travailler en équipe.

Spécialités recherchées : Urgence, équipe volante, réadaptation.

Qualification professionnelle : PDSB, RCR en règle. Certificat de bonne conduite obligatoire

Langues demandées : langues parlées : français, langues écrites : français

Salaire offert : salaire trés interessant ( appeler nous pour plus d'informations)

Nombre d'heures par semaine : Sur appel

Conditions diverses : Plusieurs mandats de service à offrir selon les disponibilités des employés(es).
