Job Description :
You will bring a great deal to the table—beyond exceptional food, you bring warmth, personality, and a welcoming smile. Our Guests aren't just hungry for great food; they're also hungry for friendly, engaging service and the memorable atmosphere they’ve come to expect. You are a key part of creating that experience.
As a Server at Island Lake Lodge, you will work alongside one of the top culinary teams in the region to deliver a refined dining experience supported by attentive, high-level service. This role is to help finish out our winter season, with the opportunity to continue with us in our summer season.
Job Requirements :
A minimum of two years of fine dining serving experience, with a strong understanding of elevated service standards and attention to detail
Serving It Right certification
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests and provide warm, professional service
Proven customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility and availability to work weekends and holidays
