They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Collections Specialist to join their team. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving overdue accounts. You will be responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with delinquent customers, addressing invoice discrepancies, and working with them to establish effective payment plans.
