Regulatory & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with DOT/Transport Canada regulations and environmental policies.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals and waste materials.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance, cleanings, and inspections.
  • Lead or support safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

Customer Service & Internal Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between service operations, dispatch, and terminal leadership.
  • Support internal users by ensuring fleet assets meet cleanliness and mechanical readiness requirements.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Financial Stewardship

  • Monitor and manage parts inventory including consigned stock and usage trends.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for labor, supplies, and services.
  • Support inventory audits and participate in procurement planning.
