Role Overview :
As a full-time, 100% remote Chief of Staff, you will play a key role in keeping the office operations seamless and supporting senior leadership. Your proactive and detail-oriented nature will help drive our Client’s success. This position is ideal for someone highly organized who thrives in a dynamic, remote work setting and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage executive calendars, handling scheduling across various time zones.
- Participate in sales calls, providing introductory information to new prospects.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Offer executive support, including scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Keep executives on track with their schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
- Draft contracts using provided templates and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
