Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in GIS and survey solutions to lead complex technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive successful outcomes while meeting client expectations. A solid understanding of FME or similar ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) software is essential for this role.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Survey and GIS teams to identify project opportunities, conduct scoping calls, and develop proposals and statements of work.
- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and client needs.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Leverage FME or similar ETL tools to manage and integrate spatial data across platforms and streamline workflows.
- Maintain budgets, prepare financial reports, and oversee invoicing processes.
- Foster strong client relationships, set clear expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead team meetings, document actions, and oversee the resolution of project risks and issues.
- Stay updated on GIS technologies, ETL tools, and survey best practices to guide projects and deliver value.
