Just HR has an immediate requirement for an HR Coordinator to support key HR functions and contribute to a high-performing, people-first culture. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with teams, and is eager to enhance HR processes.
Our client is a growing, innovative company offering opportunities for the coordinator to support employee engagement and collaborate with leaders across the organization. This is a 3-6 month interim contract with the potential for extension or permanency.
Responsibilities :
- Support HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and safety standards.
- Assist with WorkSafe BC claims, return-to-work programs, and workplace accommodations.
- Help coordinate workplace investigations and provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
- Partner with the People & Culture team on recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update the HRIS and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics related to hiring, turnover, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Assist in refining HR policies, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
