Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Joiner / Stager to join their dynamic team in Halifax, NS. This contract position offers a competitive wage of $46 per hour and provides the opportunity to work on diverse industrial and commercial carpentry projects. If you have a strong commitment to safety, enjoy hands-on work, and have proven carpentry skills, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Pay rate : $46 / hour.

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :
Erect, dismantle, inspect, and certify structural installations.
Perform care, maintenance, and preservation work on various constructions.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings accurately.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials including wood, steel, and substitutes.
Install windows, doors, feature walls, ceilings, and other architectural elements.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment aligned with the "Safety First" culture.
Apply experience in industrial and commercial carpentry, preferably framing.
Wear respiratory protective equipment and work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and platforms.
Work in confined spaces and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Handle, lift, and carry equipment and materials up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Support extended hours and overtime as business needs dictate. Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Minimum 3+ years of industrial / commercial carpentry experience, framing preferred.
Knowledgeable in construction methods, codes, and blueprint reading.
Proficient with power tools and equipment.
Problem-solver with strong self-motivation and team orientation.
Comfortable with physical tasks, heights, and shift work.
Must own tools and tool pouch.
