Description

Here are the skills we are looking for :

Necessary experience : A college diploma in a relevant field or several years’ experience in food preparation or service are required.
Professional experience : At least two years of relevant experience.
Spoken language : English.
Written language : English.

Tasks :

Establish methods to meet work schedules.

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

Prepare budget and cost estimates; estimate and order ingredients and supplies.

Ensure food service and quality control.

Address customer complaints or concerns.

Prepare and submit reports.

Supervise and check assembly of trays.

Establish work schedules.
