We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can make themselves understood in both English and French. This person must have experience supervising more than 50 employees at a time.

The various roles of a production supervisor

• Manage a production team of around 50 people,
• Promote health and safety, quality, good manufacturing practices - Think about continuous improvement of teams and results.

12h work schedule night.

Day : 7pm to 7am

On a 3-2-2-3 schedule. (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).

Starting salary between 70-85K
