Adecco is actively seeking a Transportation Warehouse Customer Success Team Member to join our client's growing team in Brampton, ON. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction. Pay Rate : $23 / hour.
Location : Brampton, ON
Shift : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Job type : Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities :

Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts.

Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and courteous manner.

Order entry, confirming charges for invoicing, and receipt entry for 4PL partner warehouses.

Collaborating and sharing responsibilities with co-workers to meet client needs and service level agreements.

Assisting with customer mailings and other communications as required.

Requirements :

Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A customer-centric attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role or within the logistics industry is an asset.
