Our client in Cambridge is looking for an Maintenance Team Lead to join their team in Cambridge on the NIGHT shift.
This role is best suited for experienced Maintenance Team Leaders holding a valid Millwright license and with at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
As the Maintenance Team Lead you will be compensated with an hourly rate between $42.00-44.50 / hour depending on experience PLUS a night shift premium of $0.75 per hour between 12 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m.!

Qualifications :
- Millwright License a MUST
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to action
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, lead and achieve outcomes within deadlines and schedules
- Proficient with ERP and production planning software
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
