Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dependable and safety-focused Cylinder Handler to join our client's team in Calgary, AB. This role involves preparing, loading, and shipping gas cylinders while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Ideally, you will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and is comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment. If this describes you, apply today!

Pay Rate : $ 24.00 / hour
Location : Calgary, AB
Shift : Monday to Friday | 11 : 00am - 7 : 30pm
Job type : Temporary | Full-time | up to 12 months

Responsibilities :

Load and unload trucks, confirming cylinder quantities, types, and product mix

Move dry ice bins as required

Put away stock and count cylinder loads accurately

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Complete and maintain quality control documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent experience

1-2 years of experience in a plant or distribution environment preferred

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Dependable, punctual, and accountable

Ability to handle a variety of cylinder sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs)

Knowledge of gas cylinder handling is an asset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer and technology skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks

Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects

Standing for extended periods

Must follow all safety protocols and report hazards promptly

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
