Overview :

Join a steady, mid-career team in a hybrid role with full benefits starting on Day 1. This role involves managing customer and manufacturer accounts, supporting clients within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage customer and manufacturer data
Provide level 1 customer support
Assist in onboarding new clients and products
Support operations and administrative tasks
Back up the Director of Customer Service as needed

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service (Order Desk)

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Proficiency with technology and systems

Bilingual in French essential
