Job Summary : Propane Service Technician II

In this role, you will work hands‑on in the installation and maintenance of propane appliances and storage equipment, while providing top‑tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain a wide variety of propane appliances and storage equipment
• Provide expert service and maintenance to various brands of heating equipment in the field, ensuring customer systems run efficiently and safely
• Participate in on‑call shifts during regular and off–business hours to ensure timely customer service and issue resolution
• Plan and execute service calls efficiently, ensuring all work is completed on time and to customer satisfaction
• Promote company offerings to customers, identifying sales opportunities during service calls to help meet branch revenue targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining repairs, and maintaining a professional demeanor
• Complete all required paperwork, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, in alignment with company policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure all tasks are performed safely
• Conduct site‑specific hazard assessments as required by company safety policies and report any unsafe acts or conditions when identified
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle inspections to ensure company vehicles are in proper working order, clean, and presentable to uphold the company image
• Uphold the highest standards of service and safety while representing Avenir Energy in the field
