Bilingual Parts Counter Clerk / Inventory :

• Bathurst, New Brunswick
• Full-time, permanent role
• Day time shifts, Monday to Saturday (37-44 hour work week)
• $26,000-$35,000 annually commensurate with experience + benefits and vacation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required

We’re looking for our new Parts Counter Clerk / Inventory – could this be you? Bilingual Parts Counter Clerk / Inventory : As our new Parts Counter Clerk / Inventory, your primary goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service which will leave them wanting to  comeback. Simultaneously, you will help with inventory control.   Your largest responsibility is to interact with customers, take orders and prepare quotes. You’ll use your strong people skills to build relationships as you’re easy to talk to, and get along with. Our customers, manufacturers, and employees will appreciate your positive and professional demeanor. You’re a jack of all trades and eager to support with other areas of the business during your spare time. You’ll have the opportunity to support inventory management and receiving when needed. You’ll keep track of our inventory, making sure we have what our customers need, when they need it, while maintaining our records accurately. You’re driven by results and will find it extremely rewarding to continue building our parts department. You’ll understand how we do things, and use your experience to elevate our company. You’ll receive a salary of $26,000-$35,000 commensurate with experience, benefits and vacation after your probationary period and product discounts. Qualifications :
• Experience in a customer service or client facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bilingual English / French
• Proficiency with MS Office And these are some nice to haves :
• Completion of college diploma (asset)
• Knowledge / experience of outdoor power equipment and powersport equipment (asset)
