Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our client as an Order Entry Coordinator on a 2-month contract, where you'll play a key role in facilitating smooth order processing and ensuring effective communication across teams.
- 19-$22 / hour (depending on experience)
- Process new equipment orders received via email or Salesforce, releasing them to production.
- Coordinate communication between customer service, production, sales, engineering, and management teams.
- Update and revise existing orders as required.
- Address project coordinator queries regarding part numbers, pricing, lead times, back orders, freight costs, discounts, and shipping dates.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations or Senior Leadership team.
