We are offering a short term, par-time contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Manufacturing industry located in Mission. This role entails working on-site, where you will be tasked with various responsibilities associated with processing and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities :

• Accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Ensuring correct coding of invoices received from vendors
• Utilizing a PDF editor to input codes onto invoices
• Comparing and matching invoices to purchase orders through Great Planes Microsoft
• Resolving discrepancies between issued purchase orders and incoming invoices
• Contributing to high volume data entry tasks
• Supporting the accounts payable team by preparing processed invoices for them
• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
• Assisting with projects within the engineering team as needed
• Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required
• Demonstrated experience in Data Entry is essential
• Ability to Code Invoices effectively is needed
• Familiarity and competency in Great Plains Accounting software is mandatory
