What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of a busy Bakery Department. Duties will include the hiring, coaching, and mentoring of team members, baking, cake decorating, packaging, ordering, merchandising, stocking, customer service, cleaning and administrative tasks such as inventory count and control, auditing of food safety and health and safety tasks, and reviews of financial information to improve operational efficiencies.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have a minimum of high school, a journeyperson baking certificate is an asset.
- You have minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory position, and food experience is an asset.
