Salary : $33.77- $38.77
Summary :
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of programs serving children and youth. This role involves working directly with children aged 612 in camp, school, or recreational settings. The coordinator will ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment while supervising staff, planning schedules, and managing the overall camp needs. Responsibilities also include developing, planning, and implementing age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs that support the growth and well-being of children.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Staff / Volunteer Orientation, Development and Communication
- Works with the program supervisor to recruit, orient, and direct program staff delivering groups and camps. This includes planning, orientation, monitoring, recommending and coordinating training, and scheduling.
- Coordinate and document staff meetings.

Start Date : Immediately
Location : Tricities
Hours of work : 35 hours per week ( flexible to be scheduled with supervisor, evenings and weekends may be required )
Contract End date : August 31, 2025
