Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and train sales representatives to ensure they understand and follow sales strategies and procedures.

Create and manage work schedules, assigning specific tasks to sales representatives.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Hold monthly documented meetings with the team.
• Manage underperforming team members.
• Supervise store opening and closing procedures.
• Lead shift meetings (opening, mid-day, and closing).
• Oversee the inventory of store supplies.
• Boost store and individual sales while on the sales floor
