Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including : experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role
We’re looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here :
On a monthly basis, monitor and analyze the quality of the telephone service provided and the transactions carried out, and propose any necessary actions that are in line with the FTE budget.
Monitor and analyze the evolution of various indicators that impact capacity.
Proactively prepare documents for the monthly meeting.
Facilitate the monthly Workforce Planning Executive Committee meeting with partners.
Prepare documents, forecasts and recommendations for the following year’s budget during the budget period.
Review long-term forecasts and align them with recent trends.
Ensure that our data is in line with the reality of operations.
Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to senior analysts to develop their workforce planning skills.
Support senior analysts in using various reports and data to ensure effective operational management.
Demonstrate leadership and be a positive change agent in mentoring senior analysts.
What you bring to the table :
At least three years of workforce management experience.
Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and convert strategy into action.
Strategic thinker, not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong ability to collaborate.
Comfortable giving presentations to large groups.
Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal supervision.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (English / French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience is required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.
