Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed scheduler to support the Home and Community Care department.
In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, the Home Support Scheduler is responsible for developing and coordinating home support service schedules by preparing and adjusting schedules in accordance with service referral requests and applicable collective agreements. Schedules Community Health Workers (CHW) as authorized by clinicians by receiving referrals and service changes, enters data into computer system, and carries out timekeeping tasks such as coordinating work schedules on the scheduling software system.

The main industries in Terrace are communications, transportation, and natural resources. The population is approximately 12,700. There are nine elementary schools, four secondary schools, and Northwest Community College and a UNBC campus. Check out where there is always something new to experience.
