The Volunteer’s Role
Do you have a strong commitment to gender equality and combating discrimination against women? If so, this could be the perfect position for you!
In your role as the Gender Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the project team to enhance the capabilities of local partners, enabling them to support and fortify women’s organizations and movements that promote women's rights, gender equality, and the empowerment of women and girls.
As a volunteer, you will :
- Assist local partners of Cuso International in Honduras with integrating gender considerations into their primary projects.
- Provide support to partners in formulating and implementing their gender strategies.
- Create resources aimed at enhancing gender-focused initiatives.
