Independent Cleaning Subcontractor – Apartment Turnovers Location: Cornwall, ON (and surrounding area) Position Type: Independent Contractor / Project‑Based Overview We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Cleaning Subcontractors to support ongoing multi‑residential apartment turnover and renovation projects in the Cornwall area.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in deep cleaning and unit preparation in fast‑paced environments.

All work is assigned using a pre‑approved pricing structure — no quoting required —with consistent bi‑weekly payments .
