- Ensure all deals are submitted daily and deliveries are promptly arranged.

- Track and analyze performance metrics, utilizing data for continuous improvement.
- Foster team integration, communication, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain transparency in lending practices and compliance with regulations.
- Strive to meet or exceed performance targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.
