Adecco is hiring Quality Inspectors to work at Celestica in Mississauga, ON. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. Celestica is a diversified technology and manufacturing global leader with a long and demonstrated heritage of both innovation and achievement. In this role you will be responsible for performing Inspections to validate products are built to drawing requirements, supporting all stages of the Integrated Product Delivery and Support life cycle. This role requires 1 or more years of experience performing inspections, read technical and engineering drawing and changes, as well manufacturing experience would be an asset.
Pay rate : $20.00 / hour
Location : Mississauga, ON
Shifts : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

Convenient work location Qualify Inspector Job Duties :
Perform Inspections to validate products are built to drawing requirements, supporting all stages of the Integrated Product Delivery and Support life cycle (product life cycle).
Independently test according to process documentation
Understanding test Documents
Proper execution of Inventory control, cycle counting, and computer transactions.
Component or wire preparation
Reading wiring tables
Maintain and operate test fixtures and associated equipment per written test instructions
Print Labels and ensure any printed labels are transacted to the correct planned order on the tracker
Assist Engineers or Technicians by gathering requested information to help establish the root cause of problems, and determine corrective action
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, while being able to maintain scope of task.
Delivering on commitments and timely completion of tasks or assignments with minimum or no supervision.
Requires a sense of urgency to ensure customer requirements are met always.
Ability to coordinate with all support functions in driving compliance to Inspection requirements, and problem resolution To qualify, you should :
High School Graduation. G.E.D. (or equivalent)
Ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation on product quality
Basic manufacturing system knowledge would be considered an asset
Clear criminal background
Excellent communication skills (reading, speaking, writing)
Be able to read drawing requirements and engineering changes
Good computer skills
University or College degree / diploma is an advantage
Minimum 1-year experience in performing Inspection
Electronic / Electrical Inspection experience is an asset
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
