Job Title : Line Cooks and Prep Cooks

Salary : $17.50 per hour + tips + overtime pay

About the Role :

We are hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks on behalf of our clients in the Hospitality and Food Services Industry in the Greater Vancouver Area . The selected candidates will play an essential role in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Food Preparation :

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
Measure and mix ingredients following standard recipes.
Ensure all dishes meet quality standards.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.

Maintain open communication and teamwork during shifts.

Workstation Maintenance :

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.

Inventory Management :

Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Schedule :

Day and evening shifts available.

Monday to Friday with weekend availability.

Requirements :

Minimum of 6 months of education and / or experience in Food Services, Hospitality, or Cooking.

English proficiency at CLB 4 or higher.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits :

17.50 per hour.

Overtime pay and tips.

Support for eligible candidates under Canadian immigration pathways, including :

LMIA for 2-year work permits for selected candidates.

100% support for candidates under Canadian Experience Class, Express Entry, and Provincial Nominee Programs (e.g., OINP, AINP, BCPNP, MPNP).
