We are seeking a professional and experienced Real Estate Brokerage Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator to support weekend operations of the brokerage.
This role requires a candidate with previous real estate brokerage experience in Ontario who is comfortable drafting Agreements using SkySlope and broker loading listings on TRREB MLS.
In addition to transaction administration, the successful candidate will manage front desk reception duties and assist agents with administrative support.
We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Compensation: $18.50 - $20/hour.
Applicants without previous real estate brokerage experience in Ontario will not be considered.
