BDC Solutions est actuellement à la recherche de plusieurs Agent Web, pour soutenir son équipe dédiée à la relance mécanique et à la prise d’appels entrants.

Description du poste

Le rôle d'un Agent Web dans un centre d'appels est essentiel pour assurer la gestion efficace des leads et prospects générés via internet, en veillant à leur suivi approprié et à la conversion des opportunités en rendez-vous pour les ventes. Ce poste nécessite des compétences en communication, en gestion de la relation client, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des outils numériques et CRM.

Responsabilités

Diriger les clients potentiels dans leur cheminement d’achat

Répondre aux demandes d’information

Assister les clients potentiels et existants dans leur expérience de magasinage

Faire la prise de rendez-vous en communiquant avec les clients par courriel, téléphone ou texto

Recevoir des appels entrants

Atteindre les normes de qualité et de performance au niveau de la gestion des contacts clients et de la relance;

Ce que nous recherchons

Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) complété.

Leadership et capacité de communication

Expérience en service à la clientèle ou centre d’appels (un atout).

Connaissance de l’informatique de base (Internet, Excel, Word) et avoir une facilité avec les ordinateurs ou du moins avoir de l’intérêt à apprendre rapidement.

À l’aise au téléphone, tu connectes facilement avec les gens.

Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (obligatoire).

Organisé(e), autonome, et fièr(e) d’un travail bien accompli.

Désir de stabilité et envie d’évoluer dans une entreprise dynamique.
