Le rôle de Spécialiste des Réclamations de Contenu est un rôle polyvalent, qui se concentre principalement sur les quatre domaines clés suivants des opérations de gestion des réclamations de contenu d'edjuster

Agissant en tant que tiers / intermédiaire entre les experts en sinistres des compagnies d'assurance et leurs assurés, en ce qui concerne la réalisation d'évaluations et de valuations de marché équitables des biens personnels des assurés / demandeurs, généralement liés à des pertes totales causées par des vols, des dégâts d'eau, des incendies et autres sinistres.
Se concentrant sur le traitement précis et rapide des sinistres majeurs et des réclamations de dommages du secteur, via l'utilisation de la méthodologie de service professionnel de gestion des réclamations d'edjuster et de sa plateforme / système Web pour le traitement des réclamations et la tarification des contenus – exclaim.
Travaillant à partir de bureaux à domicile correctement configurés et équipés, les spécialistes des réclamations de contenu d'edjuster se voient régulièrement (sur une base quotidienne / hebdomadaire) attribuer de nouveaux dossiers de réclamations.
Travaillant depuis leurs bureaux à domicile, les spécialistes des réclamations de contenu d'edjuster sont responsables de l'enregistrement de toutes les activités quotidiennes liées à la gestion des réclamations, en ce qui concerne les heures travaillées / temps passé par tâche, ainsi que de l'accomplissement de toutes leurs tâches administratives requises.

Job Description (English)

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Content Claims Specialist In-House to join our team remotely in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

The role of Contents Claims Specialist is a multi-faceted role, which focuses primarily in the following four key areas of edjuster’s content claims handling operations :

Acting / operating as a third party, intermediary between the Insurance Company’s property adjusters, and their policyholders with respect to conducting fair market assessments and valuations of policyholder’s / claimant’s total loss personal contents, which are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils.

Focusing on the accurate and timely processing of the industry’s major loss and damage content claims, via the use of edjuster’s claims handling professional-service methodology and its Web-based contents claims processing and pricing platform / system – exclaim.

Operating from their appropriately set up and equipped home-based offices, edjuster’s Contents Claims Specialists are consistently (daily / weekly basis) assigned new claim files.

Operating from their home-based offices, edjuster’s Content Claim Specialist are responsible for recording all daily claims handling activity, with respect to hours worked / time spent per task as well as fulfilling all of their required administrative job duties.
