Responsibilities

  • Conceive, design, develop and deploy various print and digital marketing concepts and tools
  • Actively participate in the development of creative ideas and concepts, and make recommendations on new initiatives, methods and content based on current trends
  • Research, develop, retouch and process images
  • Coordinate and execute regular updates of leasing marketing materials in collaboration with the leasing team
  • Apply brand guidelines and ensure compliance with graphic standards, consistency and quality of graphic communications within the company
  • Manage the production schedule with suppliers and internal teams to produce, deliver and install material within the required deadlines
  • Coordinate feasibility, quotations, production, and billing follow-up with various stakeholders
  • Be a leader and brand ambassador
  • Be responsible for the brand's filing system and graphic resources
  • Perform all other related tasks

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design
  • Bachelor's degree or D.E.C. in graphic design / graphics / infography or equivalent studies
  • In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite
  • Knowledge of production techniques for various materials
  • Knowledge of Asana an asset
  • Photography skills and knowledge of digital and video platforms, an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to execute quickly, to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Overflowing creativity, curiosity, autonomy, sense of priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability and flexibility
  • Mastery of branding concepts
