POSITION OBJECTIVE(S) :
The General Manager plans, organizes, directs, controls, and coordinates the operation and its major departments and directs the facilities and management team.
JOB DUTIES :
- Supervise, monitor and coordinate the work activities of the management team.
- Responsible for the overall performance of customer service, equipment reliability, business development, purchasing, finance, and property management.
- Maintain current knowledge of interpreting and applying pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by Bombardier Inc., the customer, or outside agencies.
- Maintain proper records of operational and special budget.
- Design and implement new policies and procedures.
- Confirm the preparation of financial and administrative reports.
- Control expenditures in accordance with budgeted amounts.
