As a Content/Cleaning Technician, you’ll bring care and attention to every detail, handling belongings and properties with respect. From packing out treasured items to cleaning and restoring them, you’ll play a vital role in helping families and businesses get back on their feet after disaster strikes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Pack, protect, and transport customer belongings from damaged properties with care.
  • Clean, sanitize, and deodorize contents affected by water, smoke, and fire.
  • Restore residential and commercial spaces damaged by disasters.
  • Assist with documenting, tracking, and warehousing client contents using technology.
  • Support remediation and restoration crews as needed.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous cleaning experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to wear full PPE as required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.

Assets That Will Set You Apart:
  • Experience in the restoration industry.
  • IICRC certifications such as FSRT, CPT, UFT, or CCT.
  • Familiarity with contents tracking software (Encircle, Assured Packout).
  • Experience cleaning and maintaining restoration equipment.
  • Remediation or construction experience.
  • First Aid certification.
