Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing web pages, web page content and developing web applications. The Web Application Developer plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional online customer experience.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing Websites : Oversee the maintenance, updates, and overall management of our websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Dealing with Security Issues and Vulnerabilities : Identify, address, and mitigate security risks to protect our web applications from potential threats
- Legal Compliance : Ensure all web applications comply with relevant legal standards and regulations
- System Administration : Perform system administration tasks, including server management, backups, and troubleshooting in Linux and Windows
- Website Development : Develop, test, and deploy new web applications and features, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and functionality. Front end and Back end
- Digital Copywriting : Create and edit engaging, SEO-friendly content for our web applications, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Accessibility : Implement and maintain accessibility standards to ensure our web applications are usable by all individuals, including those with disabilities
