Job description :
A strategic leader and motivator, the plant manager oversees production and teams to ensure performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities :
- Supervise department managers and ensure production targets are met.
- Supervise the plant and its 20+ machines, lead operational meetings, and resolve interdepartmental issues.
- Manage staff (training, evaluation, discipline) and ensure health, safety, and quality.
- Monitor KPIs, drive strategic action plans, and present results to management.
- Be present on the ground to mobilize teams and promote a culture of excellence.
