Responsibilities

Guarantee overall site performance, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and improving productivity.

Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing workplace health and safety regulations.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Qualifications

University degree in a related field (administration, management, or human resources)

Extensive management experience

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Significant experience in warehouse operations

Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
