Warranty Clerk

Location : Montreal

Permanent Position Ville Saint-Laurent $50,000 to $55,000

A well-known HVAC company located in Ville Saint-Laurent is seeking a Warranty Clerk to join its Projects Department.

Permanent Position 50k to 55k

Ville Saint-Laurent

Full-time (37.5 hours / week)

Flexible schedule between 7 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m.

Teleworking possible : 2 days / week after an initial period of 2 months 100% in-person

3 weeks of vacation + 5 sick days

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities :

Manage warranty claims from A to Z.

Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and suppliers.

Review and evaluate claims to ensure they comply with company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty claim records.

Prepare warranty activity reports for management.

Provide general administrative support to the warranty department.

Qualifications

Desired profile :

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position

Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)

Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset)

Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and the ability to manage tight deadlines
