About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations across two warehouse floors. This hands-on role involves managing a small team, optimizing inventory processes, and ensuring seamless shipping and receiving activities. If you're an organized and proactive professional with a knack for inventory management and leadership, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of two warehouse staff members.
- Oversee operations across the warehouse floors, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination.
- Manage inventory processes, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining stock levels.
- Utilize and manage warehouse management software such as Odoo , with preference for candidates experienced in SAP or similar systems.
- Handle shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Regularly move between warehouse floors to address operational needs.
- Support the team in achieving performance goals and ensure deadlines are met.
