Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Material Handling : Load, unload, and move products or materials within the warehouse. Assist with product staging and sorting in preparation for shipment or storage.
- Inventory Support : Assist in inventory management, including checking product quantities and ensuring accurate labeling and tracking.
- Packaging and Assembly : Help prepare items for shipment, ensuring packaging is done according to company standards to prevent damage during transportation.
- General Warehouse Maintenance : Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe by performing regular housekeeping duties. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management.
- Safety and Compliance : Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Sustainability Practices : Contribute to Second Bind’s sustainability goals by participating in waste reduction and recycling programs within the warehouse.
- Driving (Optional) : Assist with transporting materials and products within the warehouse or to off-site locations as needed. A valid driver’s license is a plus.
