What you'll do...

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product promotion, merchandise location, purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns when needed.
• Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
• Zone the assigned area.
• Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
• Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
• Assist with Front End coverage.
• Communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Stock merchandise, pick items, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set up modulars and shelves.
