They are looking for an Engineering Project Manager for a permanent position (40 hours / week), with 50% remote work and flexible hours.Reporting to the Engineering Director, your responsibilities will include : -Full management of engineering projects, from design to delivery-Analyzing client needs and developing tailored technical solutions-Designing and validating lifting systems for infrastructure-Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders (production, clients, suppliers, subcontractors)-Monitoring project costs, timelines, and quality-Writing technical documentation and progress reports-Participating in equipment testing and validation before delivery-Other related tasks as required by the roleYour SkillsProject management and coordination of technical teamsStrong communication skills and ability to work under pressureExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle inquiries from clients and managementYour ProfileUniversity degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering disciplineOIQ membership is an assetMinimum 5 years of experience in engineering project managementExperience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, ideally in hydropower or lifting systemsProficiency in project management toolsBilingual (English / French)The use of English is required for this role due to :

• Communication with North American clients : Some of our clients are based abroad, requiring frequent written and verbal exchanges in English.
• Collaboration with English-speaking partners : You will work with suppliers and partners in English for order tracking and contract management.
