POSITION : Secondary Occasional TeacherLOCATION : DSBN Secondary Schools in Niagara RegionRATE OF PAY : $279.29 daily rate of pay (includes 4% vacation pay)SCHEDULE : 10 months per year (September – June) on an as needed basis Position Summary : The DSBN is seeking qualified, and soon-to-be qualified, Secondary Occasional Teacher candidates who provide evidence of meaningful experiences working with children and / or youth. These experiences may include paid, volunteer, and practicum experience. Occasional Teachers work in a variety of schools throughout the Niagara region gaining valuable teaching experience and supporting the needs of students across the system.
