Choose a workplace that empowers your impact.

Join a global workplace where employees thrive. One that embraces diversity of thought, expertise and passion. A place where you can personalize your employee journey to be — and deliver — your best.

We are a leading global real estate investor, developer and manager. We combine our capital with our capabilities to create real estate that strengthens economies and communities. By prioritizing people, partnerships and places, we generate meaningful returns for OMERS members, enhance value for our capital partners and create a brighter world for our customers.

Join us to accelerate your growth & development, prioritize wellness, build connections, and support the communities where we live and work.

Don’t just work anywhere — come build tomorrow together with us.

Know someone at OMERS or Oxford Properties? Great! If you're referred, have them submit your name through Workday first. Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.

As a Corporate Designer at Oxford Properties, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand strategy and enhance our marketing and communications efforts. Your primary focus will be on graphic design, including presentations, brand development, marketing collateral, digital assets, and internal communications. Additionally, you will support basic video editing for social media and internal content, ensuring consistency in brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong visual communication skills who can work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Uphold and evolve Oxford’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Support the application of brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, icons, and templates.
  • Ensure high-quality, visually engaging design across all print and digital platforms.

Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral

  • Design marketing materials, including presentations, reports, brochures, event branding, sponsorship materials, and social media assets.
  • Develop data visualizations, infographics, and internal communications assets (e.g. emails, newsletters, intranet banners).
  • Create digital assets for websites, social media campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Maintain organized design files and templates to support efficient workflows.
  • Basic Video Editing & Motion Design

  • Edit short-form videos for social media, internal communications, and digital campaigns.
  • Add simple motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance engagement.
  • Assist in repurposing existing footage for brand storytelling.
  • Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency across video assets.
  • Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with the brand, marketing, and communications teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Support and create process documentation (SOPs, briefing templates) to improve workflows.
  • Ensure assets are properly stored and tagged in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • What You Bring

    Core Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, marketing collateral, and digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • PowerPoint design expertise (creating branded, visually engaging presentations).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of motion graphics and ability to create simple animated content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) tools.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and best practices.
  • Knowledge of UI / UX design principles (Adobe XD, Figma).
  • Experience in commercial real estate, finance, or corporate marketing is a plus.
  • Other Details

  • Hybrid role : Minimum 4 days in-office.
  • Some travel may be required for events and on-site projects.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to projects and problem-solving.
  • Oxford's purpose is to strengthen economies and communities through real estate.

Our people-first culture is at its best when our workforce reflects the communities where we live and work — and the customers we proudly serve.

From hire to retire, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process that extends all the way through your employee experience.
