Job Description

The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound calls and / or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and / or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll :

• Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Provide inbound customer support.
• Assist customers with navigation support and road-side assistance.
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
