Petal, a dynamic healthcare technology company founded in 2010, has rapidly evolved into a leading provider of real-time care orchestration and medical billing solutions for health delivery organizations. With over 300 professionals driving innovation, Petal serves more than 200 clients globally, improving healthcare access and efficiency through its secure cloud-based platforms for patient scheduling, clinical capacity management, and care coordination. As Petal continues its growth, it has expanded – organically and through acquisitions - the operations of its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) line in Western Canada, creating a need for operational leadership to support its continued growth.
The Vice President of Operations – RCM West will be pivotal in ensuring scalable operations and fostering strategic partnerships with key customer and the broader Petal business, both key priorities in supporting Petal’s path to market leadership. As Petal sets its sights on transforming healthcare operations, the incoming VP of Operations – RCM West will play a central role in scaling its impact and shaping the future of health technology solutions across Canada.
Leading a team of over 80, The VP will have a direct impact on regional organization design, integrating new acquisitions, overseeing digital platform implementations, and promoting operational best practices across Western Canada. With a focus on aligning operations with Petal’s customer-first philosophy, this role will also be integral to maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Several years of leadership of a technologically progressive and process-driven business as a GM, Head of Operations, or equivalent role. This experience might have been gained in industries / spaces such as telecom, healthcare, accounting, legal, BPO, managed services, or other customer-oriented areas where attention to detail and compliance is critical.
